The AXION 850 is a tractor with horsepower figures ranging between 180 and 240. Aesthetics and practicality do not exclude each other. Detailed specifications like necessary air in- and outtake surfaces, as well as an optimized all-round view were to be taken into consideration. At the same time it was paramount to express the compact strength of the new tractor, making it an easily recognizable member of the CLAAS line-up and brand.
The design language succeeds in creating a dynamic appearance with a technical sense of beauty. The design is characterized by a user-optimised view, good accessibility and strong proportions. The AXION combines a powerful look with a distinguished, clear-cut appearance. “Comfort as a concept” is the motto of the overall design.
